Current APP for Android and iOS is not very intuitive. I think that you can improve a lot user experience. Take a look to Netflix or HBO app. Perception.tv has a nice APP too...

Is this a one man shop? Otherwise why does it take an eternity? More than a year is just unacceptable for a paid app.
